We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note that it may take up to 15 days for a returned item to reach us. Once received, we will process your refund within 2 business days, and the refund amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

1. What Can I Return?

You may return most new, unopened items purchased from Tufting Union within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holiday season, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

2. When Will I Get My Refund?

Most refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks. Once we receive and process your return, you can expect the refund to be issued within 7 days.

3. Do You Offer Replacements and Exchanges?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement of the same product once you return the defective item to us.

4. How Are Refunds Issued?

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

If you are expecting a refund after returning an item, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the return to be fully processed and the refund to be issued.
